Ideal fit for GRO:

  • 5+ years of residential and B2B sales, preferably in the home services industry

Job Duties:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  • Grow landscape construction, outdoor living and general construction sales through proactive prospecting, client contact (phone, field visits, soliciting of personal and professional referrals and other types of lead generation and follow-up, networking, marketing, etc.)
  • Solicit and prepare RFP’s for new prospects, perform client presentations and execute contracts in order to generate new business, per assigned goals
  • Build, manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Develop strong relationships with prospective customers and existing clients
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying, creating estimates and closing opportunities for residential and commercial accounts
  • Work with a Landscape Designer to create landscapes solutions for clients and provide creative and “one-of-a-kind” design solutions as a part of the proposal process
  • Report on all sales activity as requested by the Sales Manager
  • Collaborate with internal teams throughout the process
  • Communicate and present effectively to and with customers, delivering the GRO experience and upholding Company values
  • Collect signed contract, signed lien disclosures and deposit for each project
  • Engage customers throughout project
  • Identify and suggest project enhancements, changes, upgrades and additional services
  • Use CRM by entering data in a timely and accurate manner, while staying abreast of sales pipeline.
  • Prioritize daily task, customer activities and ongoing projects
  • Learn, on a continual basis, GRO products and services for better sales results
  • Attend sales and other team meetings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $66,000.00 per year
